Let me define what I mean when referring to business motivation.  It is that which inspires you to work harder and live fearlessly when starting or running a business.  We all too often forget, push aside, or simply overlook our motivations for success.  I'll be the first to raise my hand in guilt.  Fear of failing has always been an issue for me. Fear outweighed my motives for success.  But we must learn to conquer our fear, and live fearlessy.  It took many years for me to grasp this concept.  Once I did, it changed my life for the better.
