It’s baseball season and I coach a 7-8 year old little league team. We’re doing ok but in the past three games we have struggled to hit consistently in a league that is all about hitting. So I did some online research to find clever techniques to work into my practices in order to improve our contact with the ball. With so many people online showing videos of how to do this trick or that, I decided to try some out. But, all these multiple tips and tricks don't do a lot for little kids but overwhelm them. Guess what? We didn't improve.

I enjoy looking at maps on paper and I especially enjoy looking at them online. The ability to switch between a road view and a satellite view of that same space is pretty awesome to me. I have been a user of Google Maps for a long time, and more than for just getting directions... but also for some entertainment. So when I was asked to compare Google Maps with Bing Maps I'll admit I found it exciting - a little nerdy I guess.
